Training in person-centered counselling

Module 1 and 2

The training is suitable for all people who want to train and deepen their communication and counselling skills and who value working on themselves and their own inner attitudes as the basis for a successful contact.

You will learn to accompany people in change and orientation processes and to support them in resolving conflicts.

The training teaches the basics of the person-centred approach in theory and practice. It includes self-awareness, practice talks, conversation supervision, literature study, collegial supervision and much more.

Other important elements are working with E. Ruschmann's empathy model and references to current psychotherapy research, mindfulness practice and Buddhist psychology.

The training takes place in accordance with the guidelines of the GwG (Society for Person-Centered Psychotherapy and Counselling e. V.) and enables the participants to complete the degree "Person-Centered Counseling" (Module 3) at another institute.
